Are you going to train Smithing, but are stuck on the "Level 18 Steel Bar" Thingy? Don't you worry!
1.Go to ::shops. Take about 5k with you.
2.Once you are at ::shops, trade "Zaff". You will see some herblore stuffs. But you are going to buy 8 "bronze bars".
3.After you have purchased 8 bronze bars. Go to ::smith. You will now have a hammer in your inventory.
4.Now make your way to the Anvlis. Use one "Bronze bar" on one "Anvil". Just click 1 time on "Bronze Knife" And it should make all bronze bars in your inventory. It should be enough for you to get to level 33.
5.After you have maked all Bronze Bars. You can now buy Steel bars and make Steel Bolts to level 99. This time you got to click on "An experimental Anvil" Each click makes one steel bolt.

Erm, I got 33 smithing, And where it says 1733, i made over that much so should it be 2733? Just trying to help!
EDIT: Made over 2733 so you should make 3733 or 4733 ish bolts to 99!

I think he mean you need to use that many steel bars. You make 15 bolts per bar so 1733 * 15 = 25995 bolts all together.
